The aircraft CPH-BKK on Royal silk service with seat configuration 2-2-2 up front is pretty old with Royal Silk using the old first class seating. Nice airplane, great staff and service.
Very dated seat but good pitch there was no adjustment for heightening the seat back plus the top of the seat back was level with my neck. Very poor head support at each side of the top of the seat back. Very old fashioned in-flight entertainment system – grainy screen on each bulkhead with no choice of entertainment.
