I have had a terrible experience with this salon. For my year 12 formal one of the girls was very rushed with my eyebrows and left them looking crooked and mishappen. I also reacted to one of the products they offered me and they were not willing to give me a refund despite having a huge allergic reaction on my face. Very disappointing.
I went in last week for an eyebrow tidy today, got served with an awesome lady named Susannah, who settled my nerves, she was efficient and it did not hurt at all, happy with service and result, this was my first eyebrow wax and I would come back. I would really recommend this.
