We booked a Sydney Day tour with this company which was great – however, we were taken out with APT on a massive huge bus so it was actually APT’s tour. We also booked a blue mountains tour which was disappointing as follows.
We were staying out of the CBD, so had to make out way into the City which was fine. However, we were picked up first and then had to sit on the bus for two hours while everyone else was picked up. Would have preferred being picked up from the last place if we had known it was going to take so long. We had to wait for 10 minutes for one person to show up. This slowed down everything, so we missed out on visiting the Olympic site and the Leura townsite. Everything seemed so rushed. Also, the company lost our booking and payment which was annoying.
